question about lvl and skill points

how does a level23 get 125 skill points in 1 skill?

if you take the level 23 x 4 = 92 so thats 33 extra skill points i don't think there are quest that give that many extra skill points, at least not at level 23. plus you cannot move points from skills in the same row as your 1 maxed skill past the attribute level.

so where did they get all the extra points, and no its not from clothing or gear because that does not show up in rankings.

didnt read close enough. I just tested it and the bonuses do show up in the rankings.

ok spudly is correct. for some reason it would not show my bonus in ranking. until i logged out then back on.
