Well i was planning for it to be only in world 5. There was a similar thread that was posted in another world :)

World 5 is where I first started playing so naturally it will be my highest level and quests completed.

Do you know how many quests there are exactly? Well I don't expect an accurate answer due to hidden quests and Hernando's sword quests could be missed.
