Product drops are broken

The product drops are broken, i been doing 3 hours (1x3hour) of ''Dig for rare gemstones'' and finished the jobs with 748% product drops chance (Ihave my fisherman set one) but so far i only gotten 2 coal from each 1h job with the product drop chance of 748%

I'm playing on Colorado and yes i have my fisherman set on and i'm not changing clothes, pls fix

Are you getting 7.5 items per hour? There's no guarantee that all of them will be Coal. What other products are you getting alongside the Coal?

looking at the attachments posted, the first job gave only 2 coal and nothing else. the second job posted got 2 coal and 1 ruby. So not even close to the expected drop amount. I haven't had any problems on Colorado, but I haven't done 'dig for rare gemstones' lately.

looks like you queued the jobs with speed set and didnt change to best work gear before you then changed to fisherman. you are only getting 90 xp from the job while in the job window you have a lot more which means the set you queued with must be much worse.
