I have piece of note part 1 on this world, got it a few weeks ago transporting ammunition, I believe any job with 50-70 luck would offer it, but only jobs fitting into that range seem to be trading with indians and transporting ammunition, I dont know if evangelizing would offer it.

i checked the west stats and tools page and i looked at the quests and there is no quest that needs the notes
but the last quest by john gives you a piece of the note which is cool i guess... but as far as i saw you do not need them... i have one and i'm selling it

There is no level requirement, it appears once you get all 3 parts of the note.

it appears at level 57 and you need note 1 and 2 for the quest, but it doesn't appear unless you do what is required to do....Exactly!
