Otterbein is looking for residents

I'm looking for residents who are active and would at least donate $240 to the town each week so we can get it built up. You are welcome to build any of the buildings when you donate the money. My general store is at lvl 3, residents is lvl 1 and everything else is at lvl 2. And for the duelers I have a mortuary.
