Yes, one of the problems in developed countries is their are too many college/uni grads and very few entry jobs. My sister Graduated from University... and has a 20k student loan and works at minimum wage at a cafe. Of course, the smart jobs would be accounting... even the bankrupt need to know how much debt they are getting rid of.
