It has come to our attention that the service the admins offer to manually transfer nuggets upon request by the players has now received abuse and in some instances other unforeseen problems occurred.
Effective immediately, Community Managers on EN are no longer able to fulfill nugget transfer requests.
To the players who play with their family or group of friends using only one payment option, please contact us if you have any difficulties with failed transactions so we can sort your account out.
