for some reason i cant see any of my team members in the window in town hall so i cant see who is contributing to the towns construction any ideas on how to fix this technical prob

I had that problem . I would close the screen , then log back on , it solved it some times .

There is a bug with the IE.
You have to choose Firefox, they are working on this problem.
