Does anyone know if there is a skill i can build so the motivation wont drop so far upon completion of a 2 hour shift? like stamina or something any information along this line would be greatly appreciated

Stamina, vigor or maybe something else MAY help slow it down a bit, but I really cannot say for sure.

The answer is no.

Nothing speeds up Motivation except the Dueler class for Dueling.

If there is anything upcoming I haven't read about it on the German forums.
