Yes, use West Stats. Its a great place to look for any item. Just make sure you have selected the right world on the drop down menu on the top right. Then click on Item Search, and select the item you are looking for and follow the easy instructions to find the place closest to your current location with whatever item you are looking for. And if you find a town on west stats with the shoes and then when you check the town in game you will not see the shoes when you check out their tailor. Because moccasins are a level 9 product, and you can't see items that are level 9 and 10 of other town's tailors. only 8 and below.
