Due to the overwhelming numbers signed for Colorado's Awesomia battles, should you get left out of a GM Awesomia battle with bonus awards with the message that "... all places were already taken.":
Submit a support ticket and we can have you ranked in the next awarded GM Awesomia battle, guaranteeing you will not miss out on two battles in a row.
There are limitations, of course:
- We can only rank you on attack
- you will need to be signed in to the battle at LEAST 24h before it starts
- you still need to be at the fort at the time the battle starts
- it only applies to GM Awesomia battles with bonus awards and can only be exercised on the next GM Awesomia battle with bonus awards on the same world
The support ticket must include a public link or screenshot of the report showing the time of the battle and the message "Unfortunately all places were already taken." We will save these tickets and when the next battle is scheduled, at ~24h to go the saved tickets will be reviewed. Anyone on the list who is signed in for attack at that time will be given a Private rank and thereby be ensured to get into the battle (provided they show up on time).
