This is the first duelling-quest right?
Anyhow go to Quests > Quest Book > Introduction(The Bouncer)
Where the "Complete Quest"-button usually is (bottom left corner) there is now one called "Challenge your opponent", click this to duel him. You can review the duel in your reports afterwards. I hope you win!
