Is it just me???

My map is not showing at all. It's just all black and I can't do jobs (obviousy), because of that. Is this happening to neone else? Does Neone know how this can be fixed?

The screen does go black from time to time for me as well. Sometimes it takes a few mins for it work which is a real pain at times specially when I don't have more than a couple of mins to check on stuff.

Just be patient and it will clear. If it carries on and does not clear you will need to issue an in game support ticket.

It happens to me aswell, usually happens when I have low connection with my wireless

To log a support ticket... Ingame click on 'Settings' - 'Support'. You will get a pop up window where you can log your fault and will be sent to admin/moderators to assist you with.

But as suggested here, which is probably a good idea is to use Firefox or Google Chrome while playing the west.

try and refresh it works some times..
also use other browsers.. opera..rarely gives any problems..

We had another guy having the same problem in world 1.. and only in world 1... no other worlds..
