This has probably been asked before and I apologize if it has, but I cannot find the answer anywhere.
I have tried to do this quest since late yesterday afternoon and all
I get is this message
You need at least 2 more labor points to work on this job.
Fair enough I can do other jobs, but none of them give me any labourpoints. So what do I do now?

You have to level up. Each time you reach a new level you get 1 Attribute point and 3 Skill points. So as soon as you get 2 more skill points in the skills needed for doing that job, you can do it. You'll just have to work other jobs for xp until then.

You can buy a headband with +2 or +1 swimming bonus or put one skill point in swimming, Imo you dont need to do the quest, its only $5 the reward. You should just move on.
