Ive noticed, as well as all of you propable have that there is only two forms of income, work and the selling of items. I think that all transactions made in a town's stores and hotel, and posible a tax in the bank(but thats a whole different matter), should head directly to the towns treasury. Not the full amount of course, because the person working the store would have a labor fees, rent, and supply costs but only a percentang. I was thinking along the lines of 25-50%. In reality this is how it works now and would have worked then. Please reply with input. Thank you.
