I'm looking to join a new town - I'm a successful soldier currently at level 41.

I'm keen to join a town that doesn't have lots of alliances & NAPs which limits dueling.

I'm an active player - on here pretty much daily.

Please message me in game if you have a space for another soldier...

By new, do you mean just created? Otherwise, Cougars Creek would be glad to have you, we have been around for a while now, and are still looking for members. We do have alliances, though. Here is a list of them:

Vongola Family

They are cities, not empires. Let us know! :)
