HP job

Background:
In the current environment A lot of mid to low level players are specced for construction to build church in order to level up faster which impairs their ability to fort fight successfully, discouraging some from even participating, and discouraging those that do from using Character Premium (~"why waste it if I'm not specced for the battle anyway") , further reducing FF effectiveness.

This can be seen in the recent battle on Colorado where, despite a 141 to 101 advantage, starting HP was 1,302,958 to 1,281,789

Proposal:
Add a new job (perhaps it could be a new building at forts, no need for it to be incorporated into the fort battle map) where the XP earned by player below level 150 is comparable to building church. Make the skill point requirement for the job 5 x HP.

Reasoning:
this proposal would encourage low level players to spec for HP and thereby be more effective contributors to Fort Fights while continuing to level up quickly.
By making it a Fort Building it would encourage them to join Fort Fighting alliances and allow them to stay in their "home" town rather than bouncing around towns with the optimal church level.

this is absolutely useless
to simplify your proposal, add hp to the church LP pool (although that gives a clear advantage to hp skilled players because if all attributes go into str they already have ~600 extra lp which is very close to what you get if you're on full leadership...no need to add the hp points too)

they can always upgrade their gears or just leave for a smaller church so that's just an excuse to be useless. poor them

If low level players want to waste their level-ups by building church, let them. It's all empty XP. They will never reach the point where their levels are useful. Even if they could, they would not have the gear, products, cash, or player knowledge needed to actually make a difference at a Fort (or anywhere else). When they quit, they will blame INNO for not making the game fun, but it is actually on them for not trying to play the game in the first place.

I think replacing 1 construction with hp would go a long way…

is it?
full ld level 178 dueler - 225 charisma att points and 682 in leadership -> extra 907 LP for building church
full hp level 178 hp soldier - 225 str and 682 hp -> extra 675 LP for building church
that's a 232 LP difference (15 church levels or a LP buff...or upgrading a few items).

now with hp replacing construction, you kill the sets that are currently there, have to replace them, and this how it looks after:
full hp level 178 hp soldier - 225 str and 682 hp -> extra 1357 LP for building church
which one is better?

what is the reason they reskill, they can't build a high level church?
poor them...if they move to a town with 50 levels less and gain like 300k xp or less per month...a true tragedy

ah no, the tragedy is that they're trash and **** up the whole fort fighting scene coming with 18k hp for 30 days for 300k extra xp

in my opinion, there is no need to overcomplicate releasing new sets or changing current ones to accommodate people that reskill to construction (which is a stupid as hell thing to do to begin with, again, poor them)

especially releasing a new building for that, it's not a priority. the only thing this would help with is making it sorta (?) easier for new players? but again, what is the way for new players to grow fastest? it's through 15s spam which is plenty of times faster compared to building church - done very fast, you can move to a town where you can build church if that's really needed...

the only advantage of this new building would be to stay in your hometown if church is too high, which is pretty good but not sure if that necessary

fixing the real issue, which is this game not being a construction simulator is the real thing that is needed, not encouraging static building or similar jobs

This is the problem in a nutshell,
Fort Fighting and Fort Fighting Alliances, single mindset.
You're excluding the primary base of the game, those who come to just play and relax, following their interests.
The Fort Fighting debacle has degraded every world into two major alliances, purely focused on FF's.
We (Waters Settle) tried to make an Alliance where everybody felt welcome and enjoyed the pursuit of their interests. We also took an active role in working with the FF leaders and willingly shifted to try to keep forts turning over in the interests of balance and fun game play.
I said we need to work together and was attacked in the pursuit of FF'ers being #1.
Fort Fighting is just one aspect of the game and it appears to be failing. Work together to build the worlds communities.
It's all inno's fault. Yeah right, get real...

And how are the communities on the many worlds devoid of duels and fort battles? It all works together, and I don't really see anyone disagreeing with the sentiment that it is 100% on us to both balance a world and make it successful. There's been many failed attempts on many failed worlds, and your story isn't even unique to the posters in this thread.

It's true that lots of players prefer not to get involved in the PvP, and surely you get that there's a certain type of player that is primarily interested in the formerly award winning PvP aspects of this formerly PvP now dress-up-simulator of a game.

Not so much disagreement, but rather negativity.
What can we do to reinspire the community?
Unique Story?
