To sell things:
- go to a town with shops
- once in town, open the shop window, and sell items by clicking or dragging them from your inventory to the shop's inventory.
Don't sell the handcuffs or any other item/product you are not able to get if needed.

It's pretty much the opposite of buying items.
Instead of dragging items from the shop to your inventory, you drag items from your inventory to the shop.

It would depend on some browsers one is using I think. I don't drag items, a click does it for me. Then the option to proceed or cancel the action pops up.
