How do I reactivate an old account?

I have an old account from the first year of the game and I would dearly love to reactivate it for nostalgia reasons

If you're referring to the forum account, that won't be possible.

If you're referring to your game account, it would depend on when you last logged in but if it was a very long time ago, it's likely permanently deleted.
