how can i achieve sugar cane quest

hi from a bigener ..

can anybody help me for Sugar Cane Quest.
Please tell me what sud i do now ??
my level is like that

and whenever i try to access pick sugar cane it gives me following screen ..

You don't appear to be wearing everything you have got. Items of clothing and equipment can increase your available labour points.

Otherwise, make sure you have allocated all your skill points, and if you still can't do it, work at other jobs until you reach level 3 and then allocate one point to one of those skills depicted - fine motor skills, for instance. That will mean you can do the job.
