You should find 4-5 jobs with the highest earnings/ luck+ xp you can find and rotate around on them. They will change over time with your stats and you can also integrate questing jobs intot the mix as they become available. Your more successful characters money and xp wise are the ones that primarily devote attributes and skils towards one skill to attain the higher level jobs earlier.
