hour wait on duels

ok now i am a dueler but have just recently started to duel
i noticed that if you duel someone and then you do a 2hr job and then try to set the duel for the same person yo just attacked it wont let you even though you are waiting 2 hrs
i was wondering what could be done about this situation if anything

Probable reason: they didn't want to mess with handling a job cancellation (which would bring the duel up to right now).
