Help with Nathan Quest

I am stuck on the quest where you have to visit your parents grave, At first I couldn't even access the circle on the map as it was so close to a town, so support put me there, but I still cant click it and have no idea what I have to do to complete the quest.

Any help on this would be welcome

I didn't have a problem with this. I just went to the site and completed the quest.

you have to accept the package from the sheriff first the purple dot will show up

If you're using firefox, try the zoom in feature to get so close that you can actually see where the difference in the two circles is ... unless you've already resolved this problem.
