That looks extremely basic.

Tips:
Try and use an image that is already rendered (the flag).
Don't use images that don't fit in with the background(Dog).
Try and add things to the background, and not have a plain background.

lol....before making any changes, I would like to know the suggestions of A J Ray....

(Perhaps a stock of a grassy field would add some life to the whiteness and a new text color would match everything well.)

Just so you know - the dog you used isn't a golden cocker spaniel, it's a golden retriever. :p

I don't use landscapes unless it's necessary, but you can use the cocker I did if you want to. Your sizing is also wrong; a sig (700 x 120) was requested.

but AJ Ray hasnt mentioned me to put a background yet. so i put white. first...let him speak guys :) but i think he has left the forums. he is not replying

John, blank backgrounds are un-appealing and are definitely not a first choice as a background.
