Hello forum!
I know (from my forum searching!) when you take over a ghost town the buildings will be at level they were abandoned.
But, I can't seem to find this answer: Do the shops in the new town have the same inventory as the previous town or does it change when you reclaim it? Will you get a chance at the latest gear or is it better to found a new town for newer stuff?
