Actually it wouldn't matter if you get old or not. One day in here is same as in real time. So you would have to play this game fro 10 real years for say like if you want to get from 20 to 30.

in the game Kingdom of Loathing, once u beat a certain quest you can chose to ascend, which is basically starting the game over but you chose a different class, which allows u to have a new experience each time you ascend
