need to know how i can find the Fancy Shoes and the Walking Stick.. Im looking for it since 1 week and none of the 30 first town in the ranking have it

i'mon world 5 but i know u get the walking stick on a lvl 67 quest

You have to get the walking stick either from the quest or finding it on a high luck job.
