Hello everyone! I am an adventurer and I started my own town some time ago but have had no luck in having members. I am no longer interested in playing this world and want to give my town to someone. I thought about just leaving and letting it become a ghost town but then I thought it would be nice to spare someone the $300 and the 8 hours it would take to claim the town. Plus I was going to sell everything I own and put the cash into the treasury so you would have a somewhat funded bank.
Here are the levels. The town currently has 6296 points.

Bank - 3
Hotel - 2
Gunsmith - 2
Tailor - 4
General Store - 3
Mortician - 1
