Finding Trumpet

Hi All

Can anyone tell me where or what job i need to do to get the trumpet. I am a soldier and would like this, but am not sure where to start. I have looked through numerous towns and cant find it to buy, so it must be found either by luck or by quest.....has anyone got the trumpet? and can they tell me how they got it

in the soldier questline is the trumpet(should be a bugle but w/e)

i dont know of anyone finding it as a job drop, but never know, stranger things have happened and even if someone did it would probably be someone who couldnt use it
