Let's try this again. It is inconsistent with all other fancy items. Every fancy item in existance (not counting weapons) has one strength skill, one mobility skill, one dexterity skill, and one charisma skill. I challenge any proponent of a fancy shawl with a tactics bonus to find a fancy item with bonuses to two charisma skills or without bonuses to strength or mobility skills. That's what I was trying to say by adding the colors to my earlier post.
