Currently my energy bar is out of 100 for e.g. 0/100 or 90/100.........

Correct, without buying premium there is no way to increase the maximum energy.

At the end of the level 5 quest series (that with the turkey, from Waupee), you get 4 days of premium "more energy". You can feel what is, in my opinion, the best premium in the game. You get max 150 energy, and the energy regenerates 50% faster (4.5 per hour, or 96 instead of 64 for sleeping in a level 1 hotel).

for eg.
my energy is at 0 an it is 2pm if i go to rest for 8h it will come back to 100 in 10pm. but if i restfor 4h (like 50energy points) and cancel resting, will those points remain or vanish, and my resting is good as gone ?
