i have defeated Lorne Bannister, Medicine Man and shoot Evil Twin, but hasn't let me complete quest.

did you KO them?,, just defeating them is not what the quest is actually asking for. any quest that say 'shoot' a character, needs to be KO to complete.

Has also been melee players getting in a pickle about the word shoot.. should read kill not shoot obviously but hey ho its only been a decade so sure they will be getting around to it soon...
