Duelling tactics

I must be going mad!
I've just done "duelling tactics" quests. I don't remember doing this quest before and I don't see it in WestStats. Can anyone clear this up for me please? Is this a new quest?

You get it after you finish `Unforgiven`, it exists on west stats.

I couldn't see it on weststats when I had "view all" up on the quests page. I swear it aint there!

no its not new and it is on weststats altough the requirements are not there anymore - complete the unforgiven series
