Dodge is your friend. Don't bother switching until you can Hunt Grizzlies with dex/shooting alone. Else you are just screwing yourself.

im thinking al put my ap into mob, for dodge and reflex,
and put some sp into shooting and tactics??

Yes health is very important in dueling also but does not help with jobs.

It stops Grizzlies KOing you with a paw swipe! 
No seriously, get to the point where you can Hunt Grizzlies with shooting & base dexterity (setting traps) alone. At which point you need to get dodge SP above your level minimum. Myself I'd be tempted to start sticking attribute points into Charisma so you get a small amount of tactics & appearebce at least you can always move them back to dex afterwards.
I wouldn't bother doing it until you have a Brown/Black/Fancy Coat, Black/Brown Boots & a Fancy Felt Hat. Stealing Horses will get you the cash you need!
