You pretty much need to save up enough to buy it. If you join a town it is cheaper, but you'll still need the money to get it.

If you plan to play without joining a town, you can bargain your way into a town to buy the donkey for $250. Look for small towns with a general store and 4 members maximum, they might invite you for a small donation.
If you want to join a town, wait until you settle down, then buy the donkey. The quests unlocked by the donkey quest are above the capabilities of a level 10 player anyway (visit http://weststats.com/Quests/ to see what to expect).

i am member of one town because i need to buy doneky for low price but i have 80$ in the bank and 14 in cash.i've deposited about 230$.is there any way to borrow the money or to take the money from the bank???

leave the town for now, save up in money and come back when u have enough
otherwise, if u carry around money, u can loose it in duels
