A more serious point this time: is a pure dodging build a good idea? Are you looking to be a dueller or a fort fighter?
If a dueller then you'll want some aim as well. Maybe put AP in dexterity, SP in dodging, and be a ranged dueller. AP in mobility and SP in dodging will mean you find it difficult to land hits.
If a fort fighter then the formula used means that it's best to balance skills. So leadership and aiming would be essential in addition to dodging. A bit of stamina and/or hiding is good too.
If you do go for Mobility/Dodging then there are a few jobs you will be able to do.
Breaking in horses at a fairly low level has reasonable XP for the LP required.
Rafting wood will also give reasonable XP for its level.
At medium levels Hunting Wolves or Protecting the wagon train.
However your best job, which won't be available until the higher levels, will probably be white water transport.
