December 2011 Contest: Re-design the Forum Banner for Christmas!
Objective:
Re-design the West Forum title graphic for Wintertime & Christmas! Attached to this post is the index.png file of the forum's title graphic for your convenience. Winning images would best exhibit and illustrate the spirit of Christmas and winter time using the provided image. Create something worthy to be placed at the top of the Forum!
Prizes:
First place: 200 Nuggets
Second place: 100 Nuggets
Third place: 50 Nuggets
Criteria and Directions:
The dimensions of your work must exactly match those of the index image: 682 px X 91 px.
The base artwork provided should be used and preserved, but can certainly be modified. You should try to illustrate the spirit of Christmas and winter time. Basically your imagination is the only limit.
Not sure where to start? Here are some suggestions:
1. Change the appearance of the characters.
2. Currently the image has no background, but you could change that!
3. Add some snow and christmas lights perhaps?
4. You could even create an animated GIF as long as the dimensions don't change.
Rules:
1. Only one submission per Forum user please.
2. Please post your submissions in replies to this thread.
3. You are allowed to edit and change your entries as much as you like (NOT IN NEW POSTS PLEASE) until the cut off period.
Timeframe & Deadline:
Final submissions are due on December 20th, 2011, 11:59 p.m. Forum time.

Due to time constraints, this contest will be a juried competition. Your friendly neighborhood moderator team will be the panel that reviews the entries on December 21st, 2011 and will then decide on the winners. The winning design will be displayed on the Forum.
