Well it seems that they will be comparing Satalite data of water on Kuwaitian deserts with the mar's mission's data to see if it is similar to each other.
Following my woefully pessimistic predictions of the landing of the Rover, I have to say how delighted I am that Curiosity is fully functional - and is now viewing the surrounds through its two mast cams.
