The New World Release Puzzle Contest ends today October 16th, at 11:59 p.m. (CEST). I would hope we can announce the winners sometime tomorrow as the new world opens the following day, October 18th.

Any news about the winner of world naming contest and when can we expect the participation rewards?

Since this current contest reveals the winner it would only be appropriate to announce those rewards as well. I'll talk to Syntex about the details.
