It actually is 25 damage....and it does not stack with anything else.

bah.. so cannot use with polishing stone combining both +30-50 and +25?

It's not dueling damage, so yes, you can use a polishing stone with it. 
A bayonet or other fort damage buff would also stack with it, but the collector's set sector bonuses don't stack with the GG's.
