Hello, Capital Wasteland has just been constructed and is in need of builders. I am looking for pure builders at any level to help build the town. Any duelers and adventurers are welcome also.

The town's name has been changed to New Vegas. 5 spots are still left if anyone wants to join. Builders are greatly needed but anyone is accepted. Town positions are open also.
