how do i find steve in the quest called the messenger. I looked through the whole map and i cant find it.

Stock answer: the first quest is to receive the parcel. Just click complete then Steve will show up and you'll get another quest from him (after you walk there).

You need to accept the quest and complete it once you have the package with you then look for a purple dot near you
