Black Headband

All right, my town just built our tailor - and no black headband. I don't like the idea of random colours as some town are profiting off of this and others aren't.

Anyways - looking for a town that sells the black headband on the left hand side of the map.

If you label the square 1-10 (left to right) and A-D (top left to bottom left) - I need a town selling a black headband closest to 1C.

Might be worth mentioning whether you're looking at world 1 or 2?:)

Also note that one of your stores will have something that is rare and YOU will make profits off of it. It works both ways.
