I sort of wish the collar and hat were black (like The Bad's in The Good, the Bad and the Ugly), but the Cavalryman looks cool.

Zero resemblance. The cowboy looks German. George Bush is just a yankee in a cowboy hat (he's from Connecticut, not Texas) who's never done a real day of work in his life.
