If you don't have quite a few losses then you are not pushing yourself hard enough.

Not 1 point is wasted on anything other than dueling stats, though, which means I have rubbish jobs
I still get over 100xp a fight, and tend to win most defence duels.

Oh and for a while, to get better kit, I did zero motivation dueling, thanks to the advice of Whistlingleaf
