When allocating your attribute and skill points you need to be careful...
Upgrading the wrong skills can cause you to not be able to do certain jobs when you could have if you used your points accordingly.
Now, you'll need to level up again to earn attribute and skill points in order to do those jobs.

Thanks, but how do I know where to put them and if I put them in the right areas?

Click on the job and look at what it requires. Then go to your skills page and assign some of the skills that are needed...

Although allocation skill points so you can do jobs for quests isn't necessarily the best strategy. You're probably better of waiting. If the job uses a skill that uses the attribute you're raising, you'll get it eventually. A lot of quest jobs can be done with gear alone.
