Bank Loan

I'm sure most of you would agree with me, that it would be kool if we could get a bank loan; and there should be a time limit, to pay off..

Has been suggested previously and no I disagree, as someone could get a loan, pump the money into a town then just simply leave, never paying the money back. Would encourage false and fake accounts. We don't need loans.
