Any town have the Indian set?

I'm looking for a good set of items for my adventurer, lvl 43, and was thinking of the indian set but I've checked several sectors for the bigger towns and can't find more than the golden indian necklace, unless it shows up at lvl 9 so you can't see it.

Any help? Anything better for an adventurer? Can already Silver mine, evangelize etc and might be looking to take over a ghost town and build it up and try to get some more good stuff.

Complete set can be found in Lagotropolis. Except for the golden indian necklace. Donations required.
