Iirc, the pieces were built in advance, the hotel was put together in 6 days. What you see them stacking like lego pieces, were built in advance. The hotel is one of those ready-to-build projects, just like prefabricated houses. Is still amazing.

That's apparent in the video, they don't hide that fact. I think manufacturing the components was included in the time to build the buildings though.
