access player profiles from residents page.

Well the title says it. Currently if you wnat to look at a townmates profile you have to cut and copy or type the name into the rankings, and click on him, that's ~4 clicks :eek::rolleyes:

Terrible I know, but it would be sensible and none too difficult(?)
